Maria Carla Pagnotta was born in Cosenza in 1968 and graduated in Law from the “L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli” university in Rome in 1992. She was admitted to practice law in 1996, and before the Italian Supreme Court and other high courts in 2012. She has represented major state-owned and private-sector companies in the banking, energy, and environmental sectors.
