Erica Niccolai was born in La Spezia in 1999. She graduated in Law School with honors and special mention in 2023 at the University of Pisa with a thesis in criminal law focused on the project funded by the European Union (CERV – 2022) called “HIDEANDOLA”. During the master course she participated in the legal competition “Junior Crystal Scales of Justice Prize, 2022 Edition”, organized by the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), obtaining an honourable mention. She has achieved the English language certification level B2 (FIRST) and French level B1 (DELF).

From October 2023 she is registered in the Register of Practitioners of the Rome Bar Association.
