Nicola Apa was born in Catanzaro in 1972 and graduated with honors in Law from “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 1995. He was admitted to practice law in 1999, and before the Italian Supreme Court and other high courts in 2011. As an expert, he has collaborated with the Criminal Procedure department at “La Sapienza” University of Rome. He has produced a number of works on criminal procedure and business criminal law, topics which he teaches at professional training schools.
