Mr. Mocerino was born in Massa di Somma (NA) in 2002. He graduated with honors in Law in 2025 at “L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli” University in Rome with a thesis on criminal enforcement.

During his university studies, he spent a semester at Utrecht University School of Law, tackling topics of criminal law in relation to social, media, and criminological aspects.

He has been registered as a trainee lawyer with the Rome Bar Association since May 2025.
